The Cultural Council for Arts and Literature is an inclusive platform convening cultural, artistic, and heritage actors in Taiz to enhance networking, dialogue, and memory preservation. Sheba Youth Foundation contributed to founding and facilitating this space, organizing the founding workshop, establishing communication channels, and developing a strategic plan for 2026–2028, all while respecting the independence and ownership of participating cultural entities.
